Monica O. Duarte is a Brand Identity Designer who specializes in using the ancient divination system of Archetypes and the hero’s journey to create a Soulful brand identity for transformative brands.

Her work is inspired by the works of Swiss Psychiatrist, Carl Jung and American Mythologist, Joseph Campbell – whom both focused their lives in understanding and analyzing the human experience through symbols, mythology and the collective unconscious.

She believes that in order to create a genuine transformative brand our identity needs to be rooted from a Soul Level (the world of Archetypes), instead of the unstable changing trends. Only then can we deeply resonate with and transform our ideal audience.

With over 10 years of graphic design and advertising experience, Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from The Art Institute of California- San Francisco and a non traditional degree in Divinity from The University Of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata California.

After a few years of working as a graphic designer in the corporate world Monica went through two near death experience which completely transformed her life from the inside out! This was the catalyst that inspired her to study concepts of divinity that brought her to the works of Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell.

Her passion is to use Archetypes and creativity to help clients discover the Real Self hidden within and use this profound wisdom to manifest a Soulful brand that feels genuine to who they are and truly/deeply connects with their audience – therefore transforming lives from the inside out!
