Hola, I’m Mónica
I’m a Trauma and Credentialed Professional Goal Coach (ACC – ICF). I’m also a Latina with indigenous roots (Aztec), a driven woman, and a trauma survivor.
Like you, I’ve overcome many obstacles in my life to get to where I am today. Being born into and living with trauma is a huge motivator for us to create a better life. This is what makes Latinas and driven women resilient.
Society, family, and even well-meaning coaches teach us to ignore what happened to us. Yet, this only keeps us stuck, overwhelmed, confused, with a sense that something is missing, exhausted, and feeling out of control.
Trauma doesn’t go away on its own. What you ignore controls you unconsciously. It sabotages you from reaching your goals, feeling safe in the world, creating a secure sense of self, and living your fullest potential in the world. This impacts all areas of your life.
After healing from a bunch of trauma and getting the proper training, my passion is to help other Latinas and driven women safely process trauma and reach their goals so they create a secure sense of self and live their fullest potential in the world.
